Although many people are familiar with Frog Island, in Ypsilanti’s historic Depot Town area, very few are familiar with storied Frog island Towing. Fictional Frog Island Towing was ready to come to the rescue of stranded Ypsilantians in the colorful postwar era, as imagined by artist Chris Bidlack. This faux-stalgia poster features the artist’s interpretation of 20th century commercial architecture and automotive design.
